• A user-friendly interface to browse and redeem available coupons.

3. User Registration

To access certain features, users must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Coupon Redemption

To redeem a coupon:

1. Browse available offers on our platform.
2. Select the desired deal and click "Redeem."
3. Present the coupon at the partner location.

We recommend contacting the partner in advance to confirm availability.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Partner-Initiated Cancellations

Customers are entitled to a 100% refund if the game is cancelled by the partner.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled service.
• A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
• A 75% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made within 12 hours or less of the scheduled service.

All cancellations are subject to the general booking terms outlined in the PlayNow Terms & Service.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the services for lawful purposes only.
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's functionality.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

8. Waiver of Liability

By using PlayNow.ae and joining any listed activities, you agree that your participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. PlayNow.ae is a platform only and is not responsible for accidents, injuries, health risks or losses of any kind. Activity providers are solely responsible for their events, and as long as they impose and follow their safety protocols, neither they nor PlayNow.ae are liable for any incident.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayNow.ae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
